Due to the various body types, human natures, and life circumstances, there isn't really a way to make a course that covers everything. Some of the advice given here might not be applicable to you or realistic. There really is no substitute for being able to listen to your inner guidance.The problem is that today's society is extremely sick, and sexual temptation is everywhere. With things like porn, Western media, and Western values gripping the whole world, there is no longer an escape.
Another huge problem is the naivete of young people, and not being fully able to understand the consequences of sex until AFTER they have been damaged. Almost everyone interacting with this course will have been damaged by exposure to premature sex or pornography. To a certain extent, we've all been failed by society and have to fight to recover and make our own values.Hopefully, this course better prepares you for the hidden consequences of sexual relations, benefits of conserving energy, and gives you a deeper knowledge of why the sex instinct works the way it does.
Notice the course did not touch on many of the dark or painful subjects such as sexual abuse or abusive relationships. I hope to cover those in the future in more courses. There are many more darker consequences to the sex act than listed here, such as STDs, past relations tying us to abusers, or even demonic possession from sex with possessed people. It's a jungle out there, and my prayer is with you. Be so very careful with whom you engage sexually and how.
Remember, it's part of nature's intent to make sex as addictive and irrational as possible. By definition, it will be very difficult to overcome and have the tendency to get you into trouble. Navigating this is an extremely difficult journey that can only be mastered with proper action and discernment.
